 33 Million-dollar "Full Gut" Renovation of the 22-story, 392 room, Hilton Hartford Hotel, Hartford, CT.  Project included all guest rooms, suites, and public areas.  Also, included was the demolition of existing escalator system, and replacement with new elevators.  Through-the-wall PTAC's were replaced with a new, state-of-the-art, heat pump system, supported by a new roof, mounted, cooling tower.
