Mr. Watkins has the benefit of having seen this business from both sides of the fence. Tracy has been a worker, supervisor and owner of his own businesses. He also has the distinction of having met every production schedule that he has been assigned. Tracy has accomplished this through judicial management of all resources. He possesses the unique ability to get subordinates and sub-contractors to perform, and achieve an output and level of quality that our customers find hard to believe is possible. Tracy has the insight to foresee potential bottlenecks, and to eliminate them prior to becoming an issue. His computer proficiency and the skill to develop and produce timely reports, lets everyone involved know the status of any projects he is overseeing, at any given time.
