Hilton Hartford Hotel, Hartford, Connecticut
33 Million Dollar "full gut" renovation of the 22 story, 392 room Hilton Hartford Hotel.  Project included all guest rooms, suites and public spaces.  Also, included, was the demolition of existing escalator system, and replacement with new elevators.  Through-the-wall PTAC's were replaced with a new state-of-the-art heat pump system; supported by a new, roof-mounted, cooling tower.
