Jack Couch
Mr. Couch is Partner and President of Infinity Hospitality, Inc. Along with being a retired military officer, he possesses a Master's Degree in Organizational Management, and is a Certified General Contractor in the states of Florida, Virginia and South Carolina. Jack has been in the Hospitality Restoration and Construction Management industry for the last seventeen years. During that time, he has been directly responsible for supervising the renovation of over 6,000 hotel rooms throughout the United States. He also served as the "Owner's Representative" for Millennium Hotels and Resorts during the acquisition, conversion and "Flagging" operation for all of their United States properties. Jack is thoroughly familiar with Product Improvement Plan (PIP) and budget development and implementation for all of the major brands. This can be especially helpful for the client that simply needs to increase their Quality Assurance ratings, or to completely "Reflag" their operation.
Jeff Miller
Mr. Miller is Partner and Vice President of the Organization. Jeff has been in the construction business, at all levels, for over thirty years. Having previously owned his own construction company, he is thoroughly proficient in all aspects of the building industry. Past projects have ranged from single-family homes to hi-rise construction; however, Jeff has found that his true passion lies in hospitality renovation. As he likes to say, "This is one time that you can truly make a silk purse from a sow's ear." Jeff's real forte is being able to successfully man and manage multiple job sites at varying geographic locations simultaneously. Every project receives his personal attention, with the client's needs and budgets being of utmost concern. Jeff understands the necessity for the property to continue providing revenue producing rooms and meeting spaces, durning the course of the on-going renovations. His goal on every project is for the paying guest to never notice that a renovation crew is on-site during their stay.
